Questions people ask before they order
We normally supply your scanned images as high-quality JPEG files, which are easy to view, share and print. If you require another format, such as TIFF, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
You'll receive your digitised images or videos by digital download or USB, depending on your chosen delivery option. Your original photographs, slides, negatives, albums or tapes will also be safely returned to you by post, or you can collect them by appointment.
Most standard scanning orders are completed within 7 days of receipt. Larger collections, mixed-media orders or projects requiring specialist handling may take longer. We'll let you know if additional time is needed.
No, there are no up-front payments. Payment is due upon completion; an invoice will be sent, and payment is requested by bank transfer.
Pack your photographs, slides or tapes securely in a sturdy box, using suitable protective packaging to prevent movement or damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service for peace of mind. Please complete our online order form first and include a printed copy of your order confirmation with your parcel.
